You can grill the Kerkini buffalo burgers on a grill or in a pan, but also on a plate or in the oven. Ideally, you grill on a plate so as not to lose any of the cheese filling. On the same plate, grill the sandwich bun. You can serve it as a portion with a garnish of your choice, but you can also make unique burgers!!!
The product is frozen to ensure it reaches you without the risk of spoilage. You should defrost it in the refrigerator, and bake it after letting it come to room temperature. Alternatively, you can bake it frozen over medium heat.
