
About the recipe
We made a traditional Greek recipe that we usually make with pork, we suggest you make it with buffalo meat and the result will delight you!!!

Materials:
1 1/2 kilo Buffalo meat Boras
2 kilos of leeks
1 dried onion
1 bunch celery
2 medium potatoes (for the yogurt sauce)
2 carrots
Salt, pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
Olive oil
Ingredients for the yogurt sauce:
100 g strained yogurt
juice of half a lemon
chopped tarragon (lemongrass)
Execution:
Cut the buffalo meat into pieces. Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the meat until it is browned on all sides.
Add the chopped onion and continue sautéing until it is browned. Then add half a liter of hot water, salt, pepper and paprika and cover the pot.
Cook for about 1 hour. In the meantime, clean the leeks and cut them into cylindrical pieces, cut the carrots into sticks, and chop the celery.
We add them along with the potatoes with a little hot beef broth (lukewarm water with 1 cube) to our pot and cook until our vegetables are done.
For the yogurt sauce:
Remove the two cooked potatoes from the pot. Add the potatoes and yogurt to the multi and blend until smooth.
We add a little juice from our food and the lemon juice and lemongrass.
Whisk until it becomes a smooth sauce. Pour it over your food and stir slowly so that it gets everywhere.
