Buffalo Oregano Sausages with Cheese in Puff Pastry. A very easy and delicious recipe with the unique buffalo oregano sausages that young and old will love...Of course...YOU CAN!!!

Materials:
Ingredients for 12 puff pastries:
2 packages of Buffalo Oregano Sausages - BORAS (4 sausages)
4 sheets of puff pastry (about 12 puff pastries)
2 tbsp strained yogurt
200g grated mozzarella
200 g spicy gruyere cheese
2 eggs
1 red pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
100 g Cow's butter
fresh oregano
Execution:
For the puff pastry: Roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry and leave it at room temperature to thaw and rest. Then cut each sheet into equal squares and brush them well with butter (after melting the butter).
For the filling: In a pan, sauté the buffalo oregano sausages, after first cutting them into slices along with the pepper into small squares. In a bowl, add the cheeses, yogurt, sausages, pepper, a little fresh oregano, and one egg and mix well.
Cut the puff pastry sheets into squares and place the filling mixture in the middle. Place them in buttered baking tins, making sure to leave at least 1 cm of puff pastry on the sides.
Brush the remaining sheet and the surface of the filling with the yolk from the other egg, which we have first diluted with a little water. Repeat the same with all the sheets.
Baking: Bake on a baking sheet with a little water in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
