Buffalo Oregano Sausages in an Oven Omelette. A very quick and easy recipe with buffalo oregano sausages. Buffalo sausages love eggs and with their unique flavor they make a unique omelet that will surely drive young and old crazy...

Materials:
2 packages of Buffalo Oregano Sausages Boras
8 eggs
1 onion, cut into thin slices
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 large potato cut into small cubes
2 Florina peppers, cut into small cubes.
2 tbsp olive oil
50g fresh cow's butter
150g grated sweet gruyere cheese
50g milk
oregano
cumin
salt, pepper
Execution:
Boil the potato for 10 minutes and then cut it into small cubes. In a pan, pour the olive oil and sauté the onion until caramelized and then add the potato. Once it turns brown and is well fried, add the Buffalo Oregano Sausages, also cut into cubes.
Sauté well, add the Florina peppers in small pieces. Stir until everything is well sautéed and remove from heat. In a large bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
Once the mixture is fluffy, add the grated gruyere and mix well. Then add the sausages along with the onions, garlic and peppers (they must be well cooled).
Mix well again and pour the mixture into a pyrex dish or a deep ovenproof pan. Add the butter in small pieces and sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs.
Bake for about 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve with a little chopped chives...
