
About the recipe
A recipe inspired by the traditional Thracian lachania with the unique spicy buffalo sausages making the difference!!!

Materials:
4 BORAS spicy buffalo sausages (2 packages)
700 gr Sauerkraut
1 dried onion
1 large carrot
2 portobello mushrooms
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 hot chili pepper, chopped
1 tsp smoked red pepper
1/4 cup Oil
½ glass of dry red wine
1 bay leaf
salt, pepper
Execution:
In a deep saucepan, sauté the spicy buffalo sausages cut into slices. Add the carrot cut into small pieces and the chopped dry onion.
Sauté well until the onion is wilted and then add the mushrooms. Add the sauerkraut, mix well and add the tomato paste, the hot pepper and deglaze with the red wine.
Let the alcohol evaporate well and then add the smoked red pepper, salt, black pepper and bay leaf. Cover and simmer for about 35 minutes over medium heat (time may vary depending on how hard the sauerkraut is).
Serve with a little chopped spring onion and ideally with french fries.
