
About the recipe
A very easy recipe for everyone with the unique Buffalo Smoked Boras Sausages, which can be eaten at any time of the day!!!

Materials:
2 packages of Buffalo Smoked Sausages - BORAS
500g. Large shell pasta
250g grated parmesan
3 large red & yellow peppers
1 small broccoli
4 small tomatoes
100g boiled peas, canned or frozen.
fresh coriander
fresh basil
4 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lime
juice of 1 orange
1 kg brown sugar
salt, black pepper, pink pepper
Execution:
Preparation: On a flat baking sheet, spread a layer of oil on which we place the peppers in large pieces, the tomatoes cut in half and sprinkle with salt and a little brown sugar. Grill initially for about 15 minutes. In a large jar, add the 4 tbsp. olive oil, the lime juice, the orange juice and a little black pepper and after closing it well, shake it so that the mixture is homogenized.
Then, on top of the vegetables in the oven, add the sliced Buffalo smoked sausages - BORAS and grill for another 7 minutes. Boil the pasta in water to which we have added 2 tablespoons of olive oil and once we have removed them, boil the broccoli with the peas in the same water for about 15 minutes.
In a large Pyrex bowl or salad bowl, first add the pasta and then the Parmesan while it is still hot. Finely chop the cilantro and basil and add them.
Place the vegetables from the oven along with the sausages on top of the pasta, then the tops of the broccoli and peas and pour over the mixture we have in the jar after shaking it well again.
Add the pink pepper and a little salt. Mix well and finally add a few drops of olive oil and a little parmesan. Serve while still warm.
