
About the recipe
A very tasty and quick recipe with the beloved Buffalo Smoked Sausages. The combination with red beans and rice and the addition of herbs and spices make the result unique. Of course…Boras!!!

Materials:
2 packages of Buffalo Smoked Boras Sausages
1 can of red beans (or boil your own)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 glass of white wine
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 pickled cucumbers, sliced
a little fresh coriander (or parsley)
thyme
smoked paprika
curry
a little sumac spice
salt, pepper
Execution:
In a large frying pan, sauté the onion until caramelized. Then add the sliced smoked buffalo sausages and the garlic. Once they are browned, add the red beans and pickles and mix well.
Add the chopped fresh coriander and all the spices. Deglaze with the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens and serve over buttered rice.
Add some chopped coriander and freshly ground pepper.
